Jackie Richter-Menge

Jackie Richter-Menge is a research engineer, recently retired from CRREL. Results from her investigations on the Arctic sea ice cover have improved the operational capabilities of surface vessels and submarines and helped us to better understand the role that the polar regions play in the global climate system.
