Titanic: A Journey Through Time – Day Trip to the Artifact Exhibit
Step back in time with Osher for an unforgettable day trip to explore the Titanic Artifact Exhibit. Experience the story of the Titanic through immersive re-creations of its interior and exterior. As you embark on this interactive journey, you’ll receive a replica boarding pass and assume the role of a Titanic passenger, following their story from embarkation to tragedy.
Stroll through the 15,000-square-foot exhibit, where you’ll find replicas of Titanic’s iconic rooms, including a full-scale re-creation of the Grand Staircase. Explore the galleries, peer into cabins, and encounter characters from the ship’s passenger and crew who will guide you through its voyage.
Along the way, view authentic artifacts recovered from the depths of the North Atlantic, 2.5 miles below the surface. Each artifact tells the compelling story of Titanic’s construction, tragic sinking, and the emotional legacy left behind by those who experienced it. This exhibition offers a poignant connection to the lives of the passengers and crew whose lives were forever altered.
Itinerary:
8:15 AM: Depart from Lebanon, NH (Taylor Street Parking Lot, behind 1 Court Street)
8:45 AM: Stop at New London Park & Ride (Exit 12)
10:00 AM: Stop at Hooksett
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Titanic Artifact Exhibit (self-guided tour; lunch on your own)
3:30 PM: Depart from Castle Park Plaza, Boston
7:00 PM: Return to Lebanon, NH
