Monthly Movies

Osher at Dartmouth members enjoy the opportunity to attend our monthly* movies for free! (Registration is required.)

These films are screened at Osher at Dartmouth's 1 Court Street location in Lebanon. Popcorn is provided free of charge. You are welcome to bring other refreshments. Coffee, tea, and water are available on-site; you will need your own lidded container to enjoy beverages.

Films are introduced with a small collection of questions to consider while you watch, and to discuss after the film has ended. Please arrive 15 minutes before the listed start time to make yourself comfortable, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

*We do not show movies in May, June, July, or August.

Turing's team, including Joan Clarke (Keira Knightley), analyze Enigma messages while he builds a machine to decipher them. Turing and team finally succeed and become heroes, but in 1952, the quiet genius encounters disgrace when authorities reveal he is gay and send him to prison.
