Bill Secord

Bill Secord was supervisor of secondary education and chair of high school library media for the East Hartford, CT, Public Schools. He taught Theory of Knowledge at the Connecticut International Baccalaureate Academy and consulted for the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology.
