Landon Hall
Landon Hall holds a Master of Arts in English, is a Trained Teacher of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). She is also currently enrolled in a mindfulness teacher certification program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She has been practicing meditation with Valley Insight Meditation Society for over 10 years. Prior to teaching mindfulness, she taught college English and Literature as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Colby-Sawyer College.
