Susie Stevens
Susie was introduced to meditation 40 years ago while studying in India, and she has
found great solace in this practice throughout her life. She has also been fortunate
to be able to share these mindfulness techniques during her many years as a clinical
psychologist through structured programs such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
(MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression (MBCT).
