Cost of the trip includes: round trip bus fare, entrance to the Jazz Festival, one night stay at the Saratoga Hilton Hotel, a tour of the Saratoga Race Course, and a luncheon cruise aboard the Lac du Saint Sacrement steamboat on Lake George. 

Join us at the 47th Annual Freihofer’s Saratoga Jazz Festival!  Kick off summer with good times and great vibes! Enjoy craft beer, tasty eats, a fine arts fair, family fun and more! 

On Sunday, June 30, Osher will host a special overnight trip to Saratoga, New York, to experience the final day of this two-day jazz festival at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.  Participants will meet at the lower-level parking lot behind 1 Court Street, Lebanon, NH to board the bus, which will depart at 8:30 AM. We will arrive directly at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center around 11:30 AM ready to enjoy the music and festivities! Folks will be on their own for lunch and to discover live music from the two different stages. At 3:00 PM we will head over to the Saratoga Hilton Hotel, giving everyone a chance to check into their rooms and freshen up. Around 5:30 PM our bus will then return to the festival (if you choose) to enjoy the music until 8:00 PM. There will be free time to explore Saratoga at this time as well! On Monday, July 1 we will have breakfast at the hotel followed by an optional tour of the Saratoga Race Course from 9:15 AM - 10:30 AM. Folks who are attending this tour will need to check out of the hotel with their luggage and be on the bus by 8:45 AM. Those not touring the race course will be able to explore Saratoga on their own until the bus returns for Lake George. Everyone must be checked out of their hotel and ready to board the bus with all of their luggage by 10:40 AM. We will all board the steamboat Lac de Saint Sacrement for their fantastic luncheon cruise from 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM. After the whirlwind of a day, we will head home around 2:30 PM, arriving in Lebanon by 5:15 PM.

Itinerary

Sunday, June 30

  • 8:30 AM Depart from 1 Court Street Lebanon, NH lower-level parking lot
  • 11:30 AM Arrive at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center ready to shake a leg at the Jazz Festival! 
  • On your own for lunch, listening, and exploring
  • 2:50 PM Everyone on the bus to check in at the Saratoga Hilton Hotel at 3:00 PM
  • 5:30 PM All aboard the bus for folks that wish to return to the Jazz Festival until 8:00 PM -or-
  • Free time on your own  in Saratoga, NY if not returning to Jazz Festival
  • 8:00 PM Bus returns to the hotel 

 

Monday, July 1

  • Breakfast on your own at the hotel or another local restaurant
  • 8:45 AM Check out of the hotel with luggage on the bus for folks going on the Saratoga Race Track Tour (optional)
  • 9:15 AM - 10:30 AM Tour of the Saratoga Race Course (Still to be scheduled)
  • 10:40 AM Everyone must be checked out of the hotel with all of their luggage on the bus before heading to Lake George
  • 11:20 AM Arrive at Lake George 
  • 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM Everyone aboard for the Lac du Saint Sacrement Steamboat Luncheon Cruise 
  • Head for home around 2:30 PM
  • Arrive in Lebanon around 5:15 PM
