Participant Testimonials:

It was wonderful!! More than met my expectations, gentle, caring and knowledgeable instructors, very individualized to accommodate each persons ability.

I loved this course. Every time I attended I left feeling so relaxed and calm at a time in my life when I really needed this! Annie was inspirational, kind, and patiently caring of each participant.

Annie was well organized and attentive to each person as they attempted the poses. She made sure each person "got it" if only for a minute. As a followup she handed out a simple basic booklet describing in pictures and words- the poses we had been working on.
