Against Type: Ageism in Today's World (Winter Term 2025)

Participant Testimonials:

It was very interesting and relevant. I would take another course from this instructor.

A very good introduction to an important topic.  The material on the crucial importance of attitudes toward aging on health and longevity was a revelation.

really enjoyed the class and learned a lot from the instructor and the book on ageism. I enjoyed talking in small groups about our experiences and how it affected us. I also learned more about countries that treat older people with kindness and respect.
