Peter Paquette

Peter PaquettePeter Paquette has an AB in history from Dartmouth and an MBA from Tuck. Like many assimilated New Englanders, he began exploring his French-Canadian ancestry in the 1990s. What has evolved is a fascinating journey into the complex history of the French in North America: the struggle for control of the continent with the British; the importance of fish, fur, sugar, and textile mills; the need for French cultural survival; the rise of the Quebec independence movement.
